MoonChildNZ does not offer refunds for change of mind purchases.
If you change your mind about your purchase, we will offer you a store credit or a product exchange (to the value of the product that had been purchased) please note that this will be minus any shipping costs that have been paid.
If you would like to return a product, please note that delivery costs are at your own expense.
MoonChild will consider a refund for any purchase if the product is faulty.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
Great care is taken to ensure your order is protected prior to and throughout delivery, please contact us if there is an issue with the order. We track all of our orders and will supply you with a tracking number upon request. If your item has failed to arrive please let us know so we can look into the matter. If your item is damaged please also let us know as soon as you can.
