MoonChildNZ does not offer refunds for change of mind purchases.
If you change your mind about your purchase, we will offer you a store credit or a product exchange (to the value of the product that had been purchased) please note that this will be minus any shipping costs that have been paid.
If you would like to return a product, please note that delivery costs are at your own expense.
MoonChild will consider a refund for any purchase if the product is faulty at the time of delivery.
Once your product has been shipped and delivered to you and is received by you in perfect condition, MoonChild NZ is thereafter not liable or responsible in any way if you inadvertently damaged the item yourself.

Any and all products that are purchased either online via social-media or physically at a market cannot be returned or exchanged for a change-of-mind issue.
If the product is faulty it is important that you contact us directly within 14-days of purchase with proof-of-fault and confirmation of when purchased.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Great care is taken to ensure your order is protected prior to and throughout delivery, please contact us if there is an issue with the order. We track all of our orders and will supply you with a tracking number upon request. If your item has failed to arrive please let us know so we can look into the matter.
